An enterprising young sea dog, Blimey has taken on Stubs as a project. The bumbling captain makes it easy for Blimey to rule the roost in the guise of a devoted servant. Always the opportunist, Blimey is constantly looking to climb up the pirate’s corporate ladder. Unfortunately for him, Stubs is hardly the right vehicle.
